Project Manager:

Position Summary: To transfer engineering documents to installation team

  • Manage, motivate and schedule solar installation crews
  • Monitor and review multiple residential solar installations projects
  • Report daily, weekly and monthly on the performance of installation crews
  • Oversee warehouse
  • Work closely with solar quality assurance and site inspection teams
  • Train and develop all new installation personnel

Position Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 plus years of contracting experience
  • 1 to 3 years of project management experience
  • Have extremely strong leadership qualities and a take charge attitude
  • Possess a deep understanding of electrical contracting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Completely tech savvy

 

Administrative Support:

Position Summary: To provide administrative support maintaining an efficient office environment.

Project Administration
Scanning and organizing project information into our Cloud environment
Maintaining Customer Folder (Signed contracts, change orders, permits, grant paperwork, utility applications, organization of DropBox & integration into Cloud)
Proper tracking of projects and completion of Project Start/Finish spreadsheet
Putting together Project close out packages and Customer manuals for each project as they complete
Customer Correspondence- post installation follow-up

Office Administration
Scanning and filing of all office paperwork as necessary into proper locations
Putting together Employee start packages and application packages
Maintain proper amounts of copies of time sheets, mileage reimbursements, and
Reimbursement forms for installation crews and office employees using Chronotek Cloud
Support Office Manager with entry of receipts into QuickBooks
Scanning and filing and organization of receipts, invoice payments, etc into proper locations
Collection and organization of timesheets using Chronotek Cloud
Updating Social Media & other social media vehicles
Monitoring systems registration and tracking
Scheduling service issues

Position Skills/Qualification Requirements:
Must be able to adhere to management directives
Strong skills in organization and multi-tasking
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/QuickBooks/Chronotek
Must have strong communications skills, be well spoken, and present professionally
