Ghashang has over 30 years of supervisory and design experience. As a supervisory member of the National Building Company in Tehran, she become familiar with all phases of design and construction of the unique television building's complex requirements. Since 1985, she has been involved with renewable energy design and its unique applications. Ghashang monitored and supported many prestigous projects such as The Pentagon and Mid-Atlantic Social Security complexes.
Ghashang holds a M.A. in Architecture from the Technical University of Berlin, Germany.

CEO and Chairman: Dr. Fariborz Mahjouri |

Fariborz is a senior-level corporate executive with nearly 28 years of experience in all facets of business development, corporate strategy, program management, manufacturing, marketing, and international sales. He has hands-on experience with residential and large-scale solar energy project development/management. Fariborz has an uncommonly broad knowledge base, with particular expertise in the areas of solar energy system design, and real-time computer simulation technologies.
Dr Mahjouri holds B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Power Engineering from Technical University Berlin, Germany and a master degree in Technical Management from Johns Hopkins University Baltimore, Maryland.

CFO and Director: Mani Mahjouri

Mani attended MIT graduating with degrees in Mathematics, Physics and Finance. He is based in Brooklyn, NY and advises on financial matters. He worked in the fixed income division of Goldman Sachs building a wide array of swaps analytics for the traders on the fixed income desks. At MIT, Mani wrote his thesis in conjunction with the Particle Physics group. Mani was a Westinghouse finalist, in addition to being awarded first place in the international First Step to the Nobel Prize in Physics competition. |

Saara attended New York University, graduating with a B.F.A in Performing Arts. She then received her M.A. from Harvard University in Human Development and Psychology.
She advises on interpersonal relations and personnel management, with an emphasis on matters of professional growth and fulfillment in the workplace. Ms. Mahjouri is a practicing Educational Therapist, based in Los Angeles, CA. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Pyschology at the University of California, Los Angeles. |

Isaac is the Sales Manager of Aurora Energy. Mr. Opalinsky has worked in the building construction trade since 1994 and has specialized in renewable energy systems since 2001. He specializes in working with homeowners and architects in the design and implementation of renewable energy systems. Mr. Opalinsky is the Treasurer of the Potomac Region Solar Energy Association (PRSEA).
Isaac has a B.A. degree in Liberal Arts from St. John’s College in Annapolis, Maryland. |

Safety Compliance Officer : Jason Brennan

Jason is the Safety Compliance Officer at Aurora Energy. He reviews and enforces all local safety requirements. Mr. Brennan completed the S.E.I. Solar Design and Installation Course and all related online courses at the SunPower University.
Jason holds a M.A. and a B.A. in Education from Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, Virginia. |

Dean creates engineering documents and CAD drawings necessary for a smooth project execution and permit requirements. He supports project managers and field teams authorizing in field required changes or alternative approaches.

Jennifer evaluates projects in their totality and initiates appropriate directive actions to prevent or recover from undesirable situations. She ensures that all daily operations are completed in an efficient and effective manner, in compliance with all program requirements. She monitors project progress and flags potential problems.
Mrs Doiron holds a M.A. in Education from the University of Delaware, and a B.A. in Sociology from Towson University, Maryland. |
